Well Jake, what can I say, it’s been a real pleasure working with someone like you. This business endeavor we entered into together, could not have come to fruition, without your dedication, creativity, discipline, organization and hard work. I’ve worked with a lot of housing investors over the years, goals differing, but you and your meticulous planning, were matchless. We came together, with the same purpose and/or objectivity. To find an investment, that would give you the profit margin you were looking for. An investment that would minimize your liabilities and maximize your benefits. We did just that. Working with you, has shown me, that you are very skilled at what you do. A proven professional, that made my job of representing you, so much easier. Your dedication, enthusiasm,and incomparable insight, were truly inspiring. Your work speaks volumes of the kind of man your are; efficient, organized and result oriented.
